We levy a nominal charge for all Cash on Delivery (COD) orders if your PIN code is supported.
If you reject a confirmed COD order, we will be unable to serve you in the future on a COD.

RETURN IS SIMPLE 

Fill out the details required on the return portal within 2 days of receiving your order or drop us a text on our support number +91 - 8800707277.

RETURN POLICY

We will gladly return items that have been purchased through our website that have not been worn, washed, or altered with tags attached in the original sbss packaging within 2 days of receiving your order.

Any returns that are not sent back in original sbss packaging will be charged a Rs. 150/-  restocking fee.

There is no cost involved for return shipping for orders above 1999/-. A fee of 150/- is charged for any returns/ exchanges for orders less than 1999/- 

At the moment, we cannot process exchanges. If you would like to order a different size, please place a new order for the item(s) you desire. 

For hygienic purposes, we do not accept returns of bodysuits. 

Please be mindful of makeup, body foundations and perfume/ deodorant as well. We will not be accepting any garment that has stains from trying on and will be returned back at your expense. No amount will be reimbursed in this case.

All returns are subject to inspection and we reserve the right to deduct non returnable damage or refuse your refund if your return does not meet any of the above requirements.

REFUND POLICY

If you are not sure about keeping the product at all, you can request to return it back to us within 2 days against store credit. Once the request is approved, the item can be shipped back to our warehouse. 

NOTE: Store credits are issued with no expiration date and can be redeemed at any time for future purchases, allowing you the flexibility to use them at your convenience without any time restrictions.
