All orders are shipped out of India from Monday to Friday.

Please allow 2-6 business days to pack and process your order before it ships.

Orders processed placed on Saturday, Sunday or any national holiday will be processed within the following 2-6 business days.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

All international orders are processed within 3-4 days and delivered in 8-20 days depending on location. 

For international orders, shipping charges are based on the location and type/weight of the product being ordered. Applicable shipping charges will be displayed during the checkout process before making payments.

All orders will be sent via reputed courier companies like DHL/FedEx/Aramex etc. If you or someone on your behalf is not able to sign for the delivery, the carrier will leave a card for you to arrange a redelivery at a suitable time. We are unable to redirect orders once they have been dispatched and if delivery proves impossible or impractical on 2 or more occasions, we may need to cancel your order and deduct from the refund the applicable delivery charges. We will notify you if this is the case in order to arrange for new order to be placed if required.

IMPORT DUTIES

All custom duties and taxes are levied by the customs authorities in the destination country as per local rules and tax slabs. These are to be paid by the buyer and Spell By Smoke Show is not liable for any tax payment to the destination customs authority.

The final value levied depends on the destination country, order value and the HSN code of products imported. Please check your country’s custom slabs to get an estimated value of the taxes you may expect. There are useful tools available online such as SimplyDuty where you can check expected duty and taxes. However, please note that these may not be final and final value can only be shared by your local authorities
