RETURN + REFUND

RETURN IS SIMPLE 

Fill out the details required on the return portal within 2 days of receiving your order. 

REFUND POLICY

Refunds are processed within 2-3 business days after the product reaches our warehouse and goes through a quality check within 48 hours. Thereafter on approval, the refund is given against store credit. 

NOTE: Store credits are valid upto 30 days only. The brand is not responsible for extending the credits in case of expiry. 

RETURN POLICY

There is no cost involved for return shipping.

The return has to requested within 3 days from the date of product delivered for domestic orders. We do not accept returns on on international orders yet.
Return requests will be accepted and shipping will be borne by SPELL BY SMOKESHOW only under the following conditions:

• If there is a manufacturing defect in the piece.
• If the package is damaged.

To return a product, pictures of the defect must be sent to us. 

If you decide to return a product that is not defective and the return is driven by your personal preferences, shipping charges will be borne by you. The fixed charge for the same is INR 300.

For either of the cases, please inform us in due time and we will arrange for a return pickup. Please make sure the tags are intact for a smooth process. Any returns without the tags will not be accepted.

At the moment, we cannot process exchanges. If you would like to order a different size, please place a new order for the item(s) you desire.

For hygienic purposes, we do not accept returns of bodysuits. 

Please be mindful of makeup, body foundations and perfume/ deodorant as well. We will not be accepting any garment that has stains from trying on and will be returned back at your expense. No amount will be reimbursed in this case.

All returns are subject to inspection and we reserve the right to deduct non returnable damage or refuse your refund if your return does not meet any of the above requirements.
